We are a small team building fast. Nobody is going to hand you a ticket and walk away — the people who thrive here spot the problem before they are asked to fix it and just go do it.

Ownership over your slice
You will not be a cog. Whatever you touch, you own end to end, and we expect you to treat it like your own company, not someone else's assignment.

Comfortable with ambiguity
Early-stage means the answer is not written down anywhere yet. We need people who can make a good call with incomplete information and adjust fast when they are wrong.

Bias toward shipping
We would rather learn from something real in front of a customer than polish something in private. Useful and out the door beats perfect and stuck in review.

Bentonville, Arkansas is home to Walmart, Tyson Foods, J.B. Hunt, and the densest concentration of supply chain expertise on the planet. We did not read about this problem in a pitch deck. We grew up inside it.
